Field Service Liaison


Gemini is seeking qualified candidates for a potential contract on a contingency basis to support a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program.  This program provides a wide range of services such as logistics support, help desk and field support, threat imaging, training development and inventory management.

Required Skills:
10 years of professional experience with emphasis on training, help desk support, or other experience that will prepare the individual to act as single point of contact for airport personnel. Strong background in the function and operations of Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) and their related simulation products is essential to this position.

B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education (4 years) of experience

Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Office tool suite and experience accessing/using relational databases. Experience with currently fielded TSE (e.g. Rapiscan 3D20, Rapiscan 500 series, Smiths-Heimann 6040 series, L3 6000, and GE CTX 2500/5500 – 9000 series)

Job Description:
Serve as the frontline airport representative providing help desk and general technical support for the Specialized Security Transportation program.   Provide direct support to airports and airport personnel, TSA Training Kits, and TSA Simulation products. Must be familiar with the technical operation of Transportation Security Equipment with emphasis on image based systems such as X-ray and EDS. Facilitates maintenance activity and help desk support for TIP, Training Kits, and Simulation devices and software. Act as first line contact for the airport to reach the Lockheed Martin support organization for TIP, Training Kits, simulation devices and software, and testing and training aids and images. Performs tier 1 troubleshooting.

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude. Must work well under time-sensitive pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Must be customer-service oriented. Must be able to multi-task, working from a remote, virtual location.
